Asking for troubleshooting help
We cannot diagnose individual machines by email, but we use reader problems to improve our guides. If you write about a stitch-out problem, include your machine type (single or multi-needle), needle size and type, top and bobbin thread, stabilizer, fabric and a description of the front and back of the stitch-out. Before writing, try the stitch troubleshooter, which walks through the same questions we would ask.
What we do not do
